Yorkshire Heart is award-winning family run vineyard and brewery based at Nun Monkton in the heart of Yorkshire. THe Winery boasts 22,000 vines all year round, producing fine English wine from grape to glass on-site in their winery.
This sparkling rose has a little Pinot Noir added at fermentation which gives a refreshing summer fruit flavours with raspberry & cherry notes and a delicate pink colour. Our sparkling wines are made in the traditional method of second fermentation in the bottle.
