Cartwright & Butler Strawberry & White Chocolate Biscuits in Carton

Our inspiration for this recipe came from that classic combination, of strawberries and cream. A crisp, crumbly biscuit bake laden with handfuls of dried strawberries and chunks of fine white chocolate.

Ingredients:

Fortified WHEAT Flour (with added Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamine), Salted Butter (24%) (Cream, (MILK), Salt), Sugar, White Chocolate Chips (13%) (Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Whole MILK Powder, Lactose (MILK), Whey Powder (MILK), Emulsifier: SOYA Lecithin, Natural Vanilla Flavouring), Strawberry Pieces (7%) (Apple Puree, Strawberry Puree (5%)), Sugar, Glucose Syrup, Humectant: Glycerine, Rice Flour, WHEAT Fibre, Rice Starch, Gelling Agent: Pectin, Cocoa Butter, Antioxidant: Ascorbic Acid, Acidity Regulators: Tri Potassium Citrate, Citric Acid; Natural Flavouring, Black Carrot Juice Concentrate, Citrus Fibre), Natural Strawberry Flavouring (0.4%).
