This crisp, dry rosé is made in the Provence style by Babylonstoren's talented winemakers. Using sun-kissed Mourvèdre grapes grown on the slopes of Simonsberg mountain, it offers a mouthwateringly fruity profile, bouyed on fresh summer fruit notes and floral flourishes.

Aromas of strawberry and rose petal invite you to a crisp palate suggesting red berries, fresh watermelon and crushed pomegranate, all harmonised with a refreshing lick of acidity.
