Made from 100% chardonnay grapes grown on Babylonstoren in the Franschhoek wine region of South Africa, this wine is matured in 30% new and 70% second- and third-fill French oak barrels, giving it a classy, sleek structure. Expect hints of subtle citrus fruit softened with textured creaminess – ideal with creamy dishes, nuts or sushi. Ready to be enjoyed now, or in the next four to six years.
